Lamei Zhang received the B.S. degree of electronics and information engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology in 2004, and then she received the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2006 and 2010, respectively. She works currently as a Lecturer at School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. In recent years, she has published 27 papers in the academic journals and conferences, such as IEEE GRS Letters, international journal of remote sensing, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, in which 5 papers are indexed by SCI and 13 papers are indexed by EI. She has also applied 4 patents of China. Since 2007, she has been the IEEE Member, and now she serves as the Secretary of IEEE Harbin Education Society. She works as a Reviewer of several international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Geosciences and Remote Sensing, IEEE Geosciences and Remote Sensing letters, PIER and JEMWA, Radioengineering Journal. In addition, she is a Member of the Program Committee of International Conference of CIA 2010. Her research interests are in the areas of SAR image processing, information extraction in polarimetric SAR, and polarimetric SAR interferometry.
