Thierry Turletti

Thierry Turletti received the M.S. (1990) and the Ph.D. (1995) degrees in computer science both from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France. During his Ph.D. studies in the RODEO Group at INRIA Sophia Antipolis, he designed one of the first video conferecening tool for the Internet. From 1995 to 1996, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Telemedia, Networks, and Systems Group at Laboratory for Computer Science (LCS),Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is currently a full-time Researcher in the Planète Group at INRIA Sophia Antipolis. His research interests include multimedia applications, multicast transmission, and wireless networking. He currently serves on the Editorial Board of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing.
