Yue-Li Wang

Yue-Li Wang was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1953. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees both in computer science from the Department of Computer Science, Tam-Kang University in 1975 and 1979, respectively. From 1979 to 1990, he served as an Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 1983, ITRI supported him to pursue the Ph.D. degree at National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 1988, he received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the National Tsing-Hua University. Since 1990, he works at the Department of Information Management at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a Joint Professor at National Chi-Nan University, Nantou, Taiwan, and as the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Chi-Nan University. His research interests include graph theory, combinatorics, algorithm analysis, and parallel computing. He has published more 30 papers in the last five years.
