Takashi Yazawa received his Ph.D. degree in biology from the University of Kumamoto, Kumamoto, Japan, in March 2000. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Fukui, Fukui, Japan. Yazawa's areas of expertise include biochemistry, molecular biology, stem cells, endocrinology, reproduction, and transcription.
