Omer Gullu received the Diploma in physics and the M.S. degree from Ataturk University, Erzurum , Turkey, in 2001 and 2004, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2009, with thesis entitled as “Investigation of Schottky Metal Thickness and Temperature-Dependent Changes on The Electrical Characteristics of Au/n-GaAs Diodes with H2 Pre-Anneal”. He was appointed as an Associate Professor of condensed matter physics at Batman University, Turkey, in 2011. He has authored more than 40 papers published in international refereed journals up till now. His research interests include electronic devices such as metal-semiconductor diodes, solar cells, photodiodes, organic-inorganic heterostructures, and organic semiconductors like polymer and organic solids.
