Olivier Bruyère, Ph.D., is currently Adjunct Professor at the Department of Public Health, Epidemiology and Health Economics of the University of Liège. He also works at the Bone and Cartilage Metabolism Unit of the Liège University Hospital. Professor Bruyère is member of the “Scientific Advisory Board” of the “European Society on Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO)” and of the “International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF)” as well as member of the “Osteoarthritis” section and the “Ethics” section of the “Group for the Respect of Ethics and Excellence in Sciences (GREES)”. His main field of interest is pharmaco-epidemiology related to rheumatic conditions. Professor Bruyère is on the editorial board of various journals and is the authors of more than 80 international scientific publications and book chapters.
