Jing Zhang
0000-0002-9098-2831Jing Zhang is a faculty member at the State University of New York in Albany, USA. She received her second Ph.D. degree in 2004 in pure mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, USA. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Sichuan University and her first Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the Institute of Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (or Academia Sinica). Her current research interests are complex algebraic geometry and its interplay with several complex variables such as higher dimensional complex algebraic varieties, Stein varieties, and Levi problem in several complex variables.
