Takeshi Inoue

Takeshi Inoue from 1978–1984 studied at the Hokkaido University School of Medicine (1984, M.D. degree). From 1984-1985, he served as a Junior Resident at the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology, Hokkaido University Hospital. From 1985–1987, he worked as a Doctor at the Department of Psychiatry, Municipal Second Hospital Otaru. From 1987–1993, he was a Research Fellow at the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology, Hokkaido University Hospital. He was awarded the degree of Ph.D. degree in psychiatry for a thesis entitled “Effects of conditioned fear stress on monoaminergic systems in the rat brain“ (March 25, 1993). His work was supervised by Professor Itaru Yamashita. From 1993“2000, he worked as an Instructor at the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology, Hokkaido University School of Medicine, working under Chair and Professor Tsukasa Koyama on psychopharmacology and neurochemistry. Since 2000, he has been serving as a Lecturer at the Department of Psychiatry, Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine, working under Chair and Professor Tsukasa Koyama on psychopharmacology and neurochemistry.
