Kai Schönig

Kai Schönig serves as a Senior Researcher at the Department of Molecular Biology, Central Institute of Mental Health, Mannheim, Germany, affiliated with the University of Heidelberg. He received his Diploma in molecular biology and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Heidelberg. His research is focussed on the generation of transgenic rodent models to study gene functions and to model diseases mainly in the neurobiology field.
