Stamatis S. Kalligeros
0000-0003-2504-1151Stamatis S. Kalligeros was born in Athens, Greece, in 1972. He received the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and the Ph.D. degrees from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 1996 and 2002, respectively. He also received M.S. degree from the University of Piraeus, Greece, in 2000. Since 1996, Kalligeros is with the Fuels & Lubricants Technology Laboratory of NTUA. From 2002 to 2006, he was the Head of Research & Development Department at the ELINOIL Hellenic Petroleum Company S.A. From 2006 to 2010, he was an Advisor in Industrial & Environmental Cases at West Attica Prefecture—Directorate of Development. From 2006, as a Lecturer P.D. 407, he teaches at the School of Chemical Engineering of NTUA. Presently, he is a Lecturer and responsible for the Fuels Technology & Lubricants Laboratory of Hellenic Naval Academy. He is mainly interested in fuels and lubricants technology: alternative fuels, biofuels, biolubricants, emissions, air-land-water pollution, oil spills, tribology, and standardization.
