Akira Namera
Akira Namera serves currently as an Associate Professor at Department of Forensic Medicine, Hiroshima University, Japan. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Hiroshima University, Japan, in 1996. His research interests mainly focus on development of microextraction device for extraction of medicines in biological materials, development and evaluation of rapid detection methods and kits, a new method for detection of natural toxins in biological materials, chromatographic determination of essential oils and bioactive components for evaluation of medicinal plants. His current research concerns a sample preparation technique for bioanalysis.
