Jin Zhai

Jin Zhai received her Ph.D. degree in inorganic chemistry (1999) from Peking University, Beijing, China. Then, she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS). She joined ICCAS as an Associate Professor in 2001. In 2007, she was promoted as a Professor. In 2009, she joined School of Chemistry and Environment, Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China, as a Full Professor. In the same year, she obtained the financial support of The Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University and was selected as the Blue Sky Scholar Distinguished Professor from BUAA. She has been working on photo-electric conversional materials with micro- and nanostructures, bioinspired interfacial materials, device fabrication, and photovoltaic characterization for dye-sensitized solar cells since 2000. Prof. Zhai published over 80 peer-reviewed papers, including “Advanced materials”, “ACS nano”, “Advanced functional materials”, “Small and ChemSusChem,” etc.
