Christophe Finot

Christophe Finot was born in Chatillon-sur-Seine, France in 1978. He received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Université de Bourgogne, Dijon in 2005 and then carried out a postdoctoral research at the Optoelectronics Research Center in Southampton, UK. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Université de Bourgogne. His research interests are focused on active and passive parabolic pulse generation, all-optical regeneration, and studies of extreme events. He has published over 100 contributions in journals and conference proceedings.
