She served as a Postdoctoral Fellow, Center for Experimental Therapeutics, University Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pa, USA, from 1995 to 1998; Research Associate, Haemostasis and Thrombosis Laboratory and Clinical Unit, Catholic University, Rome, Italy, from 1999 to 2004; Adjunct Professor of pharmacology, “La Sapienza” School of Medicine, Rome, Italy, from 2005 to 2007; Research Associate, Center of Excellence on Aging, “G. d’Annunzio” University, Chieti, Italy, from 2006 to 2008; and Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, Department of Pharmacology, Catholic University of Rome, Italy, from 2008 till present. Dr. Rocca is a Member of the Nucleus of the Working Group of Thrombosis, European Society of Cardiology, since June 2012; and an Editor-in-Chief, Frontiers in Pharmacology of Thrombosis, since March 2010.
