Deborah K Dunn-Walters

Deborah K Dunn-Walters graduated in the UK with a B.S. degree (honors I) in applied biology in 1996. After completing her Ph.D. degree in 1990 at the University of Surrey, she worked as a Postdoc with Cancer Research UK and then at University College London. She moved to King’s College London in 1996 and is now Reader in immunology in the Department of Immunobiology. She has extensive experience in B cell repertoire analysis and molecular events involving the immunoglobulin gene during B cell development. Her particular interest is in research into immune senescence and into functions of different B cell subpopulations, combining molecular biology techniques with mathematical analyses to devise new ways of investigating the humoral immune system.
