Coral Calero received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science. Calero is a Full Professor at the Escuela Superior de Informática of the Castilla-La Mancha University in Ciudad Real (Spain). She is a Member of the Alarcos Research Group in the same university. Her research interests include quality models and software measurement, especially in web sites, web portals, data, and databases. She is author of articles and papers in these topics in the main conferences as ICWE, WISE, QSIC, DEXA, ICIQ, CAISE, and WICSA and journals as Information Systems, Software Quality Journal, Information and Software Technology, SIGMOD Record Journal, Online Information Review, International Journal Computer Standards & Interfaces, European Journal of Information Systems, Knowledge Engineering Review Journal, World Wide Web Journal, Journal of the American Society for the Information Science and Technology, and so forth. She has also edited books on the following topics: ontologies for software engineering and software technology (Springer-Verlag), handbook of research on web information systems quality (IDEA Group), information and database quality (Kluwer), and metrics for software conceptual models (IC Press). She has served as Program Committee Member on several conferences and journals and has organized workshops on the main international conferences.
