Yueh-Ying Han, Ph.D., is working as a Postdoctoral Associate of Department of Epidemiology, University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health (GSPH) and Center for Environmental Oncology, University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. Dr. Han is playing a critical role in the central research projects. Dr. Han is proficient in epidemiological methodology with independent research and quantitative analytical skills. She is specialized in environmental epidemiology, oncology and cancer statistical analysis with in-depth knowledge of cancer prevention and control, including understanding etiology and identifying risk factors, as well as trends of morbidity and mortality associated with cancer. She received her M.S. in Environmental Health from National Taiwan University in 2004 and her Ph.D. from the Department of Epidemiology, University of Pittsburgh in 2007. As a young scholar, Dr. Han is an accomplished epidemiologist, who has already made a substantial contribution in cancer science and has three peer-reviewed publications.
