Cengiz Camci obtained the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1977; M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Bosphorus University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1979; Ph.D. degree from Von Karman Institute/Katholieke University Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, in 1985. CAMCI was an Assistant Professor in 1986; Associate Professor in 1992; Professor in 2000. CAMCI has been a Member at AIAA from 1987 to present; Member at ASME from 1986 to present; Member at ASME International Gas Turbine Institute from 1986 to present; Member at ASEE from 1988 to present. CAMCI obtained P&W/PSU Centre of Excellence grants on turbine research, in 2010‐2014. He served at the College of Engineering, Global Engineering Education (GLEE) Planning Committee, in 2011‐2012; College of Engineering, Advising Center, Representative , Preengineering adviser, in 2011‐2013.
