Zhaohua Peng

Zhaohua Peng obtained the Ph.D. degree in plant molecular biology from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, in 1996. Peng finished postdoc studies in molecular cellular biology from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2001. Peng occupied the post of Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, Yale University, from 1997 to 2001. During the period from 2002 to 2008, Peng worked as an Assistant Professor and now serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Mississippi State University, Starkville, MS, USA. Peng’s research interests include rice endosperm development and regulation, regulation of cell wall synthesis, proteomics, and epigenetics.
