Abdelghani Bellouquid is Professor of mathematics at the University of Cadi Ayyad, Engineering School, ENSA, Safi, Morocco. He received his Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics (advisor: Claude Bardos) in 1995 at the University of Paris 7, France. Bellouquid is author of about 50 papers and one research book in the international literature. Some of his papers are highly cited. His scientific activity covers the following fields: mathematical methods in nonlinear kinetic theory; development asymptotic and entropy methods for the derivation of incompressible limit for nonlinear models of the kinetic theory and biological tissues models for multicellular growing systems focusing on flux-limited chemotaxis; modeling complex systems in biology and life sciences focusing on cancer growth, immune competition, vehicular traffic, and crowds; and general relativity.
