Peiguang Wang

Peiguang Wang obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics from Hebei University, Hebei, China, and his Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 1984, 1987 and 2000 respectively. He has been working as Professor of mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and the College of Electronic and Information Engineering, Hebei University since 1987. He was Visiting Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Curtin University of Technology, Australia, five times for different durations from 2002 to 2008. He was also visiting research fellows at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hongkong, in 2003 and at the Department of Mathematics, Mahidol University of THAILAND, Thailand, in 2007. Wang received awards for Science and Technology Acheivements from Hebei Province in 1999, 2001 and 2008, and prize for his accomplishments in teaching from Fok Ying Tung Education Funds. Dr. Wang became Reviewer of Mathematical Reviews of American Mathematical Society in 2005. He has published more than 100 referee’s papers in international journals and his main research areas include Ordinary Differential Equation, Functional Differential Equation, Time Scale, and Control Theory.
