Hang Hu received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He had visited to Russia, Japan and Canada for academic exchanges in 2000 and 2004, respectively. Currently he is an Associate Professor and postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Electronics and Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests are in phased array, array signal processing, spatial spectrum estimation, adaptive digital beamforming, space-time adaptive processing, radar signal processing and speech signal processing. He has published more than 60 technical papers in journals and conference proceedings in these areas. Dr. Hu is served as a reviewer for leading scientific journals and is or has been a TPC member for IASTED 2005-2010 ARP and IEEE 2007 MAPE. He was listed in the Who’s Who in the World (2008, 2009), Who’s Who in Science and Engineering (2007), and Who’s Who in Asia (2007).
