Xiaofan Yang

Xiaofan Yang works as a Professor of computer science in Chongqing University and in New Century Excellent Talent of Educational Ministry of China. He received his B.S. degree from the Department of Mathematics in Sichuan University in 1985, his M.S. degree from the Department of Applied Mathematics in Chongqing University in 1988, and his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science in Chongqing University in 1994. He visited University of Reading, UK, from 1998 to 1999, and visited Hong Kong Baptist University in 2006, 2007, and 2009, respectively. He has published more than 100 research papers in international journals. His research interests include interconnection network, fault tolerant computing, system-level diagnosis algorithm, computer virus modeling, neural network, and nonlinear dynamics.
