Mitchell H. Grayson
0000-0002-4673-2122Mitchell H. Grayson received his M.D. degree from the University of Chicago, and after completing residency (at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania) and Allergy and Immunology Fellowship (at Johns Hopkins University), he took a faculty position at the Washington University School of Medicine. In 2008, Dr. Grayson moved to the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI, USA), where he serves currently as an Associate Professor of pediatrics, medicine, microbiology, and molecular genetics. Dr. Grayson's research interests are on the role that IgE plays in antiviral immune responses as well as the mechanisms involved in the viral induction of atopic disease. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology as well as being a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Grayson was inducted into the Collegium Internationale Allergologicum in 2010, has given numerous invited lectureships, and has served on many NIH study sections.
