Gregory Foltz

Gregory Foltz received his Ph.D. degree in meteorology from the University of Maryland, Md, USA (2003), entitled “Tropical Atlantic Seasonal Variability.” He is an Oceanographer at NOAA/Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, Miami, Fla, USA. His areas of expertise include large-scale tropical ocean-atmosphere interaction, observations/modeling of oceanic-mixed layer, upper-ocean temperature and salinity budget analysis, and equatorial physical oceanography.
