Pablo Mir

Pablo Mir is a clinical neurologist specialized in Parkinson's disease (PD) and other movement disorders. He is the Director of the Movement Disorders Unit at the University Hospital of Virgen del Rocío, Seville, Spain, being part of the Andalusian Health System. His clinical activity is combined with research in the framework of the Instituto de Biomedicina de Sevilla (IBiS). Pablo Mir received medical training at the University of Seville, Seville, Spain, and completed a movement disorders fellowship at the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square, London, UK. His research interests have been focused on the study of PD and other movement disorders using transcranial magnetic stimulation, as well as the study of their clinical aspects and genetic factors.
