Victor Prinz

Victor Ya. Prinz is the Head of 3D Nanostructures Laboratory of Institute of Semiconductor Physics (Novosibirsk) of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science since 1991. He received his Ph. D. and his D.Sc. from Institute of Semiconductor Physics, Novosibirsk. Seven Ph.D. theses have been defended under his supervision. In 2006 he received the academic title of Professor. He has authored or coauthored more then 120 papers and 30 inventions. Six of his patents have found industrial applications. His research interests include solid state physics, heterostructures, graphene, nanotechnology, fabrication and practical applications of 3D rolled- up nanostructures, metamaterials, plasmonics, sensors.
