Marzia Albenzio graduated with a degree from Food Science and Technology University of Foggia, successfully achieving a laudable 110/110 evaluation. She serves as a Researcher in animal science at the Faculty of Agriculture in Foggia, Italy, since 2001. In 2005, she was appointed as an Associate Professor in zootechnical production. She authored more than 120 scientific works, of which more than half published in the most accredited national and international animal science journals. She has been investigating the effects of environmental and management factors on the welfare, health status of small ruminant, and nutritional, hygienic, and technological properties of small ruminant milk for several years. Recently, she has investigated on differential leukocyte count in ewe milk.
