Steven D. Blostein
Steven D. Blostein received his B.S. degree
in electrical engineering from Cornell University
in 1983, and the M.S. and Ph.D.
degrees in electrical and computer engineering
from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign, in 1985 and 1988, respectively.
He has been on the faculty at
Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario,
Canada, since 1988, where he currently
holds the position of Professor and Head of
the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His current
interests lie in signal processing for wireless communications
as well as detection and estimation theory. He is a Senior Member
of IEEE and a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
