Patrick C. Tobin

Patrick C. Tobin works as a Research Ecologist with the USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station, in Morgantown, West Virginia, USA. His research focuses on the population ecology of biological invasions in forest ecosystems, the spatial dynamics of natural enemy-victim interactions, and the role of climate change on insect seasonality. He is particularly interested in the role of Allee effects on the establishment and spread of nonnative species. In addition to serving on the Editorial Board for ISRN Ecology, he serves also as an Editor for Environmental Entomology. He holds the B.S. degree from the University of Georgia, and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.
