Evgenii Stoyanov

Evgenii Stoyanov was born in Varna, Bulgaria, in 1948. He received the M.A. degree from the Moscow State University, USSR, in 1971, the Ph.D. degree from the Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry of the Academy of Science of the USSR, Moscow, in 1975 and awarded the scientific degree of the Doctor of Science in chemistry by resolution of Higher Attestation Board at the Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1991. Since 1975, Stoyanov works in the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Science of the USSR as Junior, then Senior Researcher. From 1983, he was a Head of the Laboratory for Spectroscopy Methods of Investigation in the Institute of Hydrometallurgy of Nonferrous Metals (Novosibirsk, Russia), from 1991 to 2005 a Leading Researcher of the Institute of Catalysis of Siberian Division of the Russian Academy of Science and had second job as Full Professor and Head of chair of chemistry in the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. From 2005, Stoyanov was Invited Professor at the University of California, Riverside, and from 2007 to present a Professional Researcher.
