Jorge Pey studied geological sciences in the Zaragoza University, Spain, ending in 2003. After his B.S. degree, he started his Ph.D. research on atmospheric aerosols at the Spanish Research Council, obtaining his Ph.D. degree in environmental sciences (Technical University of Catalonia, Spain) in 2008. Since that date, he has been working actively in several national and international projects related with air quality, air pollution monitoring, atmospheric sources and processes, and climate change. Currently (September 2011), he is a coauthor of about 40 peer-reviewed research articles included in the SCI, some chapters in books and/or books on atmospheric pollution, and several contributions to scientific meetings.
