Eric A. Lehmann

Eric A. Lehmann graduated in 1999 from
the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology
in Zurich (ETHZ), Switzerland, with a
Diploma in electrical engineering (Master
equivalent). He received the M.Phil. and
Ph.D. degrees, both in electrical engineering,
from the Australian National University
(Canberra) in 2000 and 2004, respectively.
After working as a Research Engineer
for National ICT Australia (NICTA) in Canberra,
he now holds a research position with the Western Australian
Telecommunications Research Institute (WATRI) in Perth,
Australia. His current scientific interests include acoustics, signal
and speech processing, microphone arrays, and Bayesian estimation
and tracking, with particular emphasis on the application of
sequential Monte Carlo methods (particle filters).
