Vincenzo Baglio is Researcher in the CNR-Institute of Advanced Technology for Energy “Nicola Giordano”, Messina, Italy. He obtained the M.S. degree in chemistry from the University of Messina and the Ph.D. degree under the title “Materials for environment and energy” from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (Italy). His current research is focused on energy conversion and storage, in particular in the field of fuel cells, electrolysers, and regenerative fuel cells, with activity concerned with the development of catalysts, electrolytes, electrodes, and membrane-electrode assemblies (MEAs) for solid polymer electrolyte fuel cells and electrolysers and their physicochemical and electrochemical characterization.
