Nagendra Prasad acts as a Research Fellow at Chemical Engineering Discipline, School of Engineering, Monash University, Sunway campus, Malaysia. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree in botany in India and worked as Postdoctoral Researcher in China and Malaysia. He has over 50 international publications and 6 book chapters. His research interest includes food chemistry, antioxidants, nutraceuticals, food processing, and food composition.
