Gang Yang

Gang Yang obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in July, 2006. His B.A. and M.S. degrees are all obtained from Computer Science Department of Shan Dong University. In July 2006, he came to work in Beijing Forestry University. Now, he is an Associate Professor of School of Information Science and Technology and teaches the lessons “Computer Graphics” and “Virtual Reality” in the semester. Dr. Yang’s research field is computer graphics and virtual reality. He has research work on several topics of the field, such as fur rendering, nonphotorealistic rendering texture synthesis, and virtual plant. He has published more than 20 papers on national and international conferences and journals.
