John Nieber
John Nieber received his B.S. degree in forest engineering from Syracuse University, NY, USA, in 1972; M.S. degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University, NY, USA, in 1974; and Ph.D. degree in agricultural engineering from Cornell University, NY, USA, in 1979. Currently, he is a Professor at the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, University of Minnesota, St. Paul, Minn, USA. His research interests and expertise include hydrologic processes, hydrologic modeling, and soil physics. His research interests involve hydrologic process discovery and modeling, and flow and transport processes in porous media.
