Tony Zhang currently serves as the Head of Discipline of Chinese Medicine at the School of Health Sciences, the RMIT University, Australia. He obtained a B.S. degree (Chinese medicine), M.S. degree in public health (University of New South Wales, Australia), and Ph.D. degree (RMIT University). His areas of expertise include evidence-based public health research, epidemiological studies, randomized controlled trial, systematic review and meta-analysis, clinical epidemiology, and biostatistics and research methods. He acts as a Key Collaborator at the Network of Researchers in the Public Health of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NORPHCAM), Research Coordinator at the International Research Network for Traditional and Complementary Medicine (IRN-TCM), and the Chief Investigator at the NHMRC Research Project and projects funded by governments and industries.
