Ngai-Man Cheung
Ngai-Man Cheung is currently pursuing
the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical
Engineering, University of Southern
California, Los Angeles. He was a Research
Engineer with Texas Instruments R & D
Center, Tsukuba, Japan. He was also a Research
Intern with IBM T. J. Watson Research
Center, Yorktown, NY, and Nokia
Research Center, Irving, Tex. His research
interests include multimedia compression,
signal processing, and communications.
