Christian W. Dawson
Christian W. Dawson obtained his B.S. degree in computer science in 1990 and his Ph.D. degree in software engineering in 1994 from Loughborough University, UK. He spent eight years at the University of Derby, UK where he was promoted to a School Reader before returning to Loughborough University in 1999 where he now works as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science. He has published over 100 research articles in his career and written three books in software engineering. His interests include neural networks, AI, applications in geography, hydrology, meteorology, and climate change: downscaling. He is on the editorial panel for a number of journals and the committees of several international conferences.
