Gavin W. Lambert

Gavin W. Lambert holds a Ph.D. degree. He is the Head of Human Neurotransmitters Laboratory, Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute, Melbourne, Australia and has over 20-year experience as a neurochemist/clinical research scientist. He has made contributions to the understanding of brain neurotransmitter function in a variety of clinical conditions including hypertension, cardiac failure, obesity, and, more recently, depressive illness and panic disorder. His main area of interest is the regulation of the sympathetic nervous system in health and disease.
