Chung-Liang Chang
0000-0001-5468-8507Chung-Liang Chang received the B.S. degree in Industrial Education from the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1998. He obtained the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomechatronics Engineering at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. In 2009 and 2012, he hosted an NSC project, which focuses on GNSS antenna array signal processing and related techniques. He is currently a reviewer for several international journals (IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, IEEE Signal Processing Letter, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, IEEE Communications Letters, IET Signal Processing, IET Radar, Sonar and Navigation, IET Signal Processing, etc.) and several international conferences (IEEE SMC, ICCAS-SICE, IACC CACS, CCDC, IEEE-SICE, etc.), respectively. He was given the Phi-Tau-Phi Scholarship Award in 2009 and was also selected for inclusion in the 2010 and 2011 edition Marquis Who‘s Who in the World (28th edition), Marquis Who‘s Who in Science and Engineering (11th Edition), IBC Top 100 Educators (2010), Great Minds of the 21st Century (Robotics and Navigation, 2011). He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Member of Institute of Navigation (ION), IEEE Signal Processing and Communications Society, IEICE Communications Society, TIAM, CIAM, TAIROA, Life Member of the Chinese Automation Control Society (CACS), Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE), Editor Board Member of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Editor board member of Communications and Networking. His main research interests include GNSS array processing, autonomous gardening robot design, biorobotic design, LED lighting control system design, and embedded system application.
