Chung-Liang Chang received the B.S. degree in industrial education from the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1998. He obtained the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. He currently serves as a Professor at the Department of Biomechatronics Engineering at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Neipu, Taiwan. In 2009 and 2012, he hosted an NSC project, which focuses on GNSS antenna array signal processing and related techniques. He is currently a Reviewer for several international journals. He was given the Phi-Tau-Phi Scholarship Award in 2009. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Member of American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS), Institute of Navigation, IEEE Signal Processing and Communications Society, IEICE Communications Society, TIAM, CIAM, TAIROA, Life Member of the Chinese Automation Control Society, and Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE). His main research interests include GNSS array processing, autonomous gardening robot design, biorobotic design, LED dimming system, and embedded system application.
