N. Glezos received his B.S. degree in physics and Ph.D. degree in solid state physics from the University of Athens, Greece, in 1979 and 1984, respectively. He is is a physicist, and he is currently the Director of Research at the Institute of Microelectronics, NCSR Demokritos. He is active in the fields of electron beam lithography process and simulation, molecular electronics, and organic electronics. He has supervised 5 Ph.D. theses, and he is the (co)author of more than 60 scientific publications in journals and conferences as well as an invited lecturer in nanotechnology conferences and workshops. He has participated in several EU nanotechnology programs. He is a reviewer of European programs and scientific journals on molecular electronics and nanotechnology.
