Feng Feng is an Associate Professor and the Deputy Director of Department of Applied Mathematics, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. His current research interests lie in the realm of mathematical theories for modeling uncertainty, soft sets and related soft computing models, fuzzy mathematics, decision analysis, rough sets, granular computing, data mining, semirings and related algebraic structures, and so on. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Northwest University and his Ph.D. degree from Shaanxi Normal University. Dr. Feng is an author/coauthor of more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, including 1 ESI Hot Paper and 5 ESI Highly Cited Papers, totally cited more than 322 times by other researchers according to the Science Citation Index database. He has been a Lead Guest Editor as well as the Member of the Editorial Board of The Scientific World Journal (ISI Impact Factor: 1.730) and some other international research journals. Dr. Feng also served as the member of the Program (or Technical, Organizing, International Advisory) Committee for many international conferences such as DaEng-2013, TEL-NET 2013, and CITaDiM 2013. He has been invited to review papers for more than 36 SCI indexed journals, including IEEE TFS, EJOR, INS, JCAM, AML, ASC, and KNOSYS. As the project leader, Dr. Feng has directed six research projects at the national or provincial level. He won the First Prize of Science and Technology of Universities in Shaanxi Province (Year 2013) and some other research awards. He was also awarded The Young Scientist Star of Shaanxi Province of China in 2014.
