Leon D. Rotstayn
0000-0002-2385-4223Leon D. Rotstayn is a holder of the Ph.D. degree in atmospheric science, Monash University, Australia, in 1998. He is a Senior Principal Research Scientist at the Centre for Australian Weather and Climate Research, Aspendale, Australia. His main research interests are climate modeling, aerosol-climate interaction, treatment of clouds and aerosols in climate models, and attribution of rainfall changes. He received several awards such as the CSIRO Research Achievement Medal for role in development of the CSIRO Climate Model and contribution to national and international climate assessments, in 2008, and the Frederick White Prize of the Australian Academy of Science, in 2002.
