Bradley B. Schneider
Bradley B Schneider was born in British Columbia, Canada in 1973. He received his B.Sc. degree from Okanagan University in 1996, and his Ph.D. degree from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He joined SCIEX in 2002 as an NSERC Industrial Research Fellow, and is presently a Senior Scientist in the Research and Development department. Brad’s research interests include ion sources and atmosphere to vacuum interfaces for improving sensitivity and compound coverage in mass spectrometry, as well as surface sampling approaches and the coupling of liquid phase separations with mass spectrometry. He is also interested in methods of background reduction for mass spectrometry, including differential mobility spectrometry and FAIMS devices. Brad has co-authored more than 37 publications, including 8 invited papers, 2 book chapters, and 13 issued patents or patent applications.
