Mathilde Josefsen
Mathilde Josefsen earned the Ph.D. degree in molecular food microbiology from the Department of Veterinary Disease Biology, University of Copenhagen. She is currently employed as an Assistant Professor and as a Team Leader at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark. Her main focus of interest is molecular detection and characterization of foodborne pathogens. Teaching, in the form of supervision of students, lecturing, and course responsibility, has engaged large parts of her professional time in recent years.
