X. Du

Xiaojiang (James) Du is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, North Dakota State University. Dr. Du received his B.E. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1996, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Maryland, College Park, in 2002 and 2003, respectively, all in electrical engineering. His research interests are heterogeneous wireless sensor networks, security, wireless networks, computer networks, network and systems management, and controls. Dr. Du’s research has been supported by the Army Research Office, National Science Foundation (NSF),USA, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Dr. Du is an Associate Editor of Wireless Communication and Mobile Computing (Wiley), and International Journal of Sensor Networks (InderScience). He is the Chair of Computer and Network Security Symposium of ACM International Wireless Communication and Mobile Computing Conference, 2006-2007. Dr. Du serves as a Vice Chair of the Services and Applications Program of IEEE WCNC 2007. He is a TPC member for several major IEEE conferences such as INFOCOM, ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC, IM, NOMS, BroadNet, and IPCCC.
