Octavio L. Franco
Octavio L. Franco serves as a Head Professor at the Universidade Catolica de Brasilia. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from the University of Brasilia and performed a Posdoc at Edinburgh University. Currently, he coordinates the Centre of Proteomical and Biochemical Analyses of his institution and is involved in peptide chemistry, proteomics, and microbiology. In the last few years, he has published in several important journals such as Journal of Biological Chemistry, FASEB Journal, FEBS Letters, PLos-One, and others and also has acted as a referee of multiple journals.
