R. Cristescu

Răzvan Cristescu was born in Ploiesti, Romania,
in 1974. He received his Ph.D. degree
from l'École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne
(EPF, Lausanne) in 2004, his Lic. Tech.
in 2000 from Helsinki University of Technology,
and his M.S. degree in 1998 from Polytechnic
University of Bucharest. Since October
2004, he has been a Postdoctoral Fellow
in the Center for the Mathematics of Information
at California Institute of Technology.
His research interests include information theory, network theory,
computational complexity, signal processing for communications,
and applications in sensor networks.
